Hi there,

I had to do a hard reset on my HP hx4700, but (fortunately) I did a
back up with ActiveSync (3.8.0) last night ... lucky or what .... so I
thought anyway !

On the hx4700 (using WM2003SE by the way) I renamed it to : HP_hx4700
which is what it was called before, made sure the time/day/year is
correct, checked the Regional Steeings are correct too .... but it
STILL wants to create a new partnership !

If I do that of course I won't be able to restore my programs/data
from the backup I created !

I am puzzled .. what have I done wrong ?
.... or forgot to do ?
