I installed AS 4.5 beta 2 to see if it fixed a sync problem.

It didn't seem to recognize my phone (Samsung i730 / Verizon / WM5), so
I uninstalled the beta and reinstalled AS 4.2.

AS 4.2 won't start, fails and exits with an error "MSVCR80.dll could not
be found," but looking at the program directory it shouldn't be using
looking for that DLL.

I ran repair on AS 4.2 but no change.

Suggestions?
