- Pure virtual function call

I get this meaningless error message every now & then using AS 3.8 (and it
happened with previous AS versions, with different devices and/or PCs as
well).
After this error message, AS exits, Outlook keeps running as an invisible
process and Windows must be restarted (or at least; logoff/logon)
I have NO CLUE about the cause of this message - please help anyone ???
