- Sync error with Outlook 2003, Pocket Outlook, and ActiveSync

When I sync my PDA (AsusMyPalA626 running Windows Mobile), I get a message in
ActiveSync that something has changed requiring all my data to be replaced.
This is accompanied by an active sync code: 0x80883001. I haven't found a
solution to this problem yet; and, would also like to know if I can sync my
Outlook mail via a web connection without Exchange Server.
Any help is appreciated!
