Hi,

I have a client with an iPaq 3800 series and I've noticed that when she does
a sync with Outlook 2002, the info contained in the "other" field for any
contact does not seem to be transferring. Pardon my ignorance, but is there
a simple setting somewhere we need to enable for this field to transfer, or
might it be part of a larger problem? Everything else (remaining contact
fields, appointments, notes, etc) appears to be syncing fine. Thanks for a

Hi,
Microsoft does not support all the fields that exist in Outlook 2002 on the
Pocket PC. You can use a 3rd party application called Intellisync from
www.pumatech,com to map the field to another field that is synchronized.
