I didn't add the second port until all phone and e-mail support option
had been exhausted and the final conclusion from them was that it was
problem with the motherboard. It was right afterwards that I did th
Windows update and found that it fixed things. I'll go ahead and tak
out the PCI card right away and see if that improves the connectio
issues. Thank you
