It looks like WinXP drivers might work. The page below list the
xx566302, so I think it would cover the xx566300 as well.

Have you tried using the built-in WinXP drivers? According to this USR
site, there are no other USR drivers available for your modem, so I
would think that the built-in Win2K/WinXP drivers would be sufficient.
USR full hardware modem drivers are nothing more than information (.inf)
text files, and in looking at the ones at the above site, I don't see
any reason why they wouldn't work in Win2K/WinXP. They may even be the
ones that are provided in those OS's. Download and copy those two .inf
files to the Windows/Inf folder, remove the modem in Control Panel, then
reboot and let the modem be reinstalled. Of course, be sure that the
external COM port that you are using, is enabled and functioning.
Good luck.

I had the same problem with XP. Worked perfectly with 98SE. I tried
the XP driver supplied by USR but it wouldnt work. I finally gave up
and am now using a Mitsubishi Diamond with the XP built in driver.
Try emailing USR in Oz and they will send you an XP driver. Maybe you
will have better luck than I did.

Sorry I didn't include the link to the Asia-Pacific Rim driver/inf file
in my other reply. It says they are Win9x files, but as I mentioned,
they are just text files that provide information to the registry when
you use them to install the modem. If you haven't tried these two files,
you might do as I suggested in my other message, or as USR recommends,
copy them to a floppy disk. When Windows asks for a driver, choose "Have
Disk", and browse to the floppy disk to complete the install. Here's the
link. Good luck.
