- Which is the best telephony modem for home use?
- Posted by pattyjamas@hotmail.com on January 7th, 2006
Anyone use a PC voice modem successfully as their answering machine so
they can have added flexibility in voice prompts and mailboxes with
outgoing messages for each mailbox?
If so, does it work well?
What modem are you using and what downloadable (free or paid) telephony
software do you recommend?
What Internal or External modem would be comparable that is still sold
today?
Heard some bad things about Creative Modem Blaster. Zoom is
problematic. Dynex-not sure.
Not sure if Supermax is Voice capable.
Note I have Vonage VOIP telephone service with Roadrunner.
Thank you
Patty
