I'm using an HP Omnibook XE2 laptop with Windows XP Pro.
The Modem is an ESS56CVM-PI Data Fax Voice Modem and the driver I'm using is
ESSSPK.exe

Evething is working fine but I'm missing phone calls.
With Call Waiting when a call comes in the telephone doesn't ring and I
don't get disconnected. A notification appears on the screen and I must
choose to take the call and pick up the phone.

If I'm not concentrating on the laptop or not using it right then the call
goes unanswered.

Can someone advise me how to cause an immediate disconnect or an alternate
driver that will work and provide an automatic disconnect?
