Modem : JATON - Modulator V.90 (ISA - PnP)

System : Linux (Redhat 8) - Intel Pentium (100 MHz)

Description : Installed and configured vgetty package version 1.28 to
work as answering machine. When a call comes it is able to connect, it
plays the greeting but nothing is audible which is followed by a BEEP.
It records message and is disconnects but generates a tone and keep
the line in an unknown state. Unable to reset line and need to reboot
system.
