I would say not much more than once a month the cable modem seems to
loose contact with the server. I included the logand the signal
strength from the cable modem's information page.
Is thre anything blaring that could be wrong?

yea I lose mine about once a week for a few minutes about 1 am.
guess they are doing maintenance, if you loose it more than me, you might
have a problem.
