Hello!

After installing the latest drivers for this modem I try to test the
modem by using the diagnostic tools provided by Windows 2000
Professional. As soon as I press the "Query Modem" button the computer
stops responding. I have to reset the computer. Checking the resources
reveals no conflict. No errors related to the modem or the
installation can be found in the event viewer.

Anybody any further ideas?

Is it a ModemBlaster 56 and if so, what voltage is the power supply and what
amperage?
