- HSP/Winmodems on *BSD systems?
- Posted by Chaos Master on April 23rd, 2004
Hello people.
I am sorry if this is not right group to ask this question.
I am setting an experimental box (Pentium 200) running FreeBSD, and the box has
an HSP56/PCTEL modem and a Lucent modem (LT WinModem as seen by Windows and some
Linux distros).
I have success in configuring winmodem on Slackware Linux and other Linux'es,
but I can't find any info on drivers of the modems for FreeBSD!
Are there FreeBSD drivers for the winmodems? Can a Linux driver work on them?
Thanks!!!
