- Modem für Linux Fedora

Hallo.....
Ich möchte von Linux-7.1 auf Fedora umsteigen und benötige dazu ein Modem.
Bisher habe ich das soft-modem slmdm von smartlink benutzt.
Nun meine Frage:
Gibt es für Fedora auch ein Softmodem ...und wenn ja, welches ?
Falls nein, bitte ich um Vorschläge für ein Faxmodem, dass ich sowohl für
Windows als auch für Fedora verwenden kann. (bitte nach Möglichkeit auch
ca. Preise angeben).
