How can I diagnose if my modem is working properly? I can connect to
my ISP but when I try to open web pages it always say ERROR IN
CONNECTION. I don't know what the problem is. Is it my modem or
something else? help anyone plz...

Win+R cmd /k netstat -n

Win+R cmd /k ipconfig /all

those will check whether you have an IP address.
