- MoH and v.90 solution?

My isp doesn not provide v.92 service. But a few months ago I came across
a company's site that featured a product that claimed to provide the
modem-on-hold (MoH) feature for users of v.92 or v.90 modems. I bookmarked
and filed the site so well that I can't find it now! Would anyone here have
heard of this external device that can provide MoH for users limited to
v.90?
