My vote for dumbest Comcast rep

I called Comcast for about the 10th time this month because my modem was down
.... again. I finally got to Bambi or something and she took me down the old
familiar check list. After we had determined that I had a router and that my
ethernet cable was disconnected from the modem Bambi told me I had to power
down my computer!!! I tried to explain that this was not even connected to the
SB4100 at this time and she got indignant and said she couldn't help me if I
wouldn't do as she said. I told her to just sent someone out to pick up the
modem. I'm done.
