- New Webstar 2100 modem - what's the default username/password?

I have a friend who's using a new Webstar 2100 modem, and we're having a
problem - we can't get into the internals because we don't know the default
username and password to type into the prompt when it comes up.
We've tried every possible combination of admin/1234, admin/admin, blank
username/admin, etc., but no luck.
Is there a factory default username and password for
Webstar 2100 modem internals that someone in here might know of? Thanks.

I appreciate the response, but the device I was referring to was actually
the Webstar DPX2100 cable modem, fr internet access, now with DOCSIS 2.0
compatibility.
