I m new to the Cisco Networking.Hope someone can help this out.

Ok, i m planning to setup a network to my server(proposed-Redhat Linux
9):

Server ------ (Cisco 2621XM VPN 3DES dual ethernet eth1,eth2)
eth1-----connected to A(proposed to use Cisco 1721 router,through
lease line)
eth2-----connected to B(Using 3DES VPN,through 256Kbps internet
connection)

(Server will also use eth2 to go--- internet connectivity)

Cisco 2621XM +VPN ~USD3,900
Cisco 1721 ~USD900
The cost is too high, do i need such cisco product?
Or any alternative available which will more cost effective?

And these 2 'network connection design' will able to handle upto how
many 'traffic' ?

Please give some hand on this.
