Messenger 5.0 and 5.1 already have Action->Ask For Remote Assistance. Has
anyone been able to add Offer Remote Assistance to certain computers
(helpdesk) or been able to create a customized install of messenger that adds
this capability? Most users have a hard time finding the Ask for remote
assistance and being able to Offer it from within a conversation would save a
lot of support time.
