Hi,

We have a user who cannot run Windows Messenger (5.1).
Each time he tries to run it, he gets the following error:

Msmsgs.exe - Application Error
The application failed to
initialize properly (0xC0000043). Click OK to terminate the application

We tried to reinstall Windows Messenger but it is the same thing.
The computer OS is WIN XP SP1
