Greetings,
There is no official posting of this because quite simply it really depends what's going on.
For instance, if you're in a voice conversation, but no one is saying anything, Messenger
will just cut off the audio and barely send anything.
Regardless, you can limit the bandwidth for audio/video but that's about it.
