Cannot sign up to my messenger service
Posted by Brockbridge on October 30th, 2005

I Would like to use remote assistance for the first time, so I have opened up
a new
NET messenger account, but when I try to to sign in I keep getting the prompt

Signing into a NET Messenger service failed because the service is not
compatible with this version of the program?

But I do not know what is not compatible? any Ideas

I'm having the exact same problem. Did you ever figure out how to fix this
problem?

Greetings,

The default Windows Messenger client in Windows is out of date and will not allow you to
