Custom Emoticons on windows live messenger

Custom Emoticons on windows live messenger: Posted by rogerpost on May 9th, 2008; Jonathan my problem is almost the same but not quite. I have a new computer
and want to move my emoticons from my old computer to the new one. I have
been putting off wiping the hard drive in hopes someone could help me.
