I am trying to add some users to Exchange IM. Some work fine others are
getting the followint error message when they try to login.

Singin in Microsoft Exchange Instant Messaging failed because the password
is incorrect or the sign-in name does not exist. Check your sign-in name and
password and try again.

Any ideas how to fix?
