MSN Messenger 7.5 access Restriction?

MSN Messenger 7.5 access Restriction?: Posted by Darren on December 27th, 2005; Help!
I want to restrict access to MSN messenger so my kids cant use it. They have
their own loggin's on startup so need to know how to edit their profile's to
stop them using it
