- Others cutting into MSN converations
- Posted by 4udaisygirl on November 8th, 2005
Help! Over the past few days, I've been engaged in conversation with a friend
on MSN Messenger. Suddenly a message posts from MSN Search, and someone's
making comments to our conversations. I'm new to MSN, but ny friend speaks to
others all over the world, and this has never happened to him. Has anyone
ever had this happen before, or know how to prevent others from cutting in to
private conversations? Thank you!

Greetings,
Are you sure one of you just hasn't accidentally pressed the Search button instead of send?
The search button will take whatever you last said and use MSN Search to provide results in
your conversation window.

I hadn't even noticed that! My friend just attempted using the search button,
and it has the same appearance as other things entered into our convos.
Thanks so much!
