RE: About Windows Messenger's Audio port controlled through Group Pol
Posted by Hi Help with Group Policy registry on September 27th, 2005


Hi Akai,

I want to set the Group Policy registry settings for MinMedia Port,
MaxmediaPort,MinSipDynamicPort,MaxSipDynamicPort but I do not know how can I
do that? Please could you help where do I need to set it?

hi£º
first you must download template about windows messenger
you can find RtcClient.adm from LiveCommunicationsServer disc "Server"
directory
run gpedit.msc
right click mouse from "management template" and select "add template"
select¡°RtcClient.adm¡±¡£
ok,you can find "windows messenger policy setting"->"RTC client API
policy",then set MinMedia Port,
MaxmediaPort,MinSipDynamicPort,MaxSipDynamicPort .
hope its usefull.
