Hi, revisiting this post...

I'm having the exact same problem as Luca, but i can't follow at all what
Luca said she did or what Jonathan suggested to do. I still get the 'invalid
image file' error. can anyone help me?

I still have the same problem .. can someone help plz?
I want to add new emoticos but the erro message say invalid image

Hi i am having the same problem and i have read the suggestions however i
cant find my client cache folder (App Data/Microsoft/MSN Messenger/number)
could you please explain step by step as to how i would go about finding this
