I tried to remote access a colleague, but was told to update my Windows
Messenger. As I am using 7.5 can you tell me what this means. Also, I still
cannot remote access.

I have the same problem! and so I tried to download Windows Messenger (what
is the difference anyway?) but can't. It takes me to a windows xp service
pack 2 page updates, but I have all the updates.

Greetings,

This is because this function requires Windows Messenger to be installed to use this feature
in MSN Messeger 7.5.
