Greetings Dawn,

Can you elaborate on what exactly you're seeing?

Hi
I cannot run msn 7.5 on my computer so removed it. I tried to use msn 7 but
it would not work so I tried to remove that! I spoke to my mum as shes very
good with computers and she used remote assistance to delete registery keys
off the system and then delete it from the list once rebooted. Although this
worked with another problem program, it did not work.

Currently the message I am getting when trying to run/remove the msn 7.5 is:
"This patch package could not be opened.Verify that the path package exists
and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that
this is a valid Windows Installer package"

I have had a suggestion to go into safe mode and run Spybot S + D and try
removing it that way.

Thanks
Dawn
