- Removing Names from "My Privacy Block List"

I have a number of names I would like to completely remove from my Windows
Messenger "Privacy / Block List". I know that normally I must await the
time when they remove my name from their "Allow List" before I can delete
these names.
However, is there still no a way to remove these names from my account
without any action on their part?
