I have a microsoft passport network ID and Password. I recently reset
eveything as I had difficulty signing in. When I try to sign in to
messenger is says service failed becuase P/W is incorrect or sign in name
does not exist. I f you forgot your password got to Help........ My signin
name is there, as I went to messenger and checked it says I already have an
account. that is why I tried to change my password as I thought that was
what the problem is. Also when I open messenger it has my email address
there and it is correct. Any help would be appreciated.
