Windows Remote Assistance Question
Posted by dg on October 7th, 2005

Using Outlook Remote assistance works just fine, but only allows the remote
assistor to view only the host screen by default. Where is the option to
allow the remote person to control jointly the host desktop? Or, is this not
a feature of RA ?

Greetings dg,

Well, the remote person needs to click 'Take Control' for that to happen.
