I recently replaced my DI-614+ with a DI-624. I have 2 hardwired and
3 wireless devices (1 of them is a TiVo). When moving my TiVo files
via wireless, my WAN (Internet) speed dropped to almost nothing. Some
pages would not load at all. I contacted D-Link and got no help. The
just said that i was using up all my bandwidth. BullShizzle.
So I did a hard-reset and reinstalled firmware 2.50 Ver C and reloaded
my saved config file and changed it from short preamble to long
preamble. Things are running great. For some reason i always wonder
why other people are getting all these reboot issues, i never ever had
that issue with any of my D-link routers.
