- Extra Network Bridges
- Posted by Bob on July 3rd, 2003
In the process of reconfiguring my LAN router and hub with my new Windows
XP system I have ended up with two extra and unwanted Network Bridges in
the Network Connections folder. They both say "Network Cable Unplugged" in
the status bar. They must be the result of one of my failed configurations
and changes of cabling. I cannot delete them or remove them no matter what
I try. Is there a registry edit or other method of removing them? Are
they using up any system resources? Thanks in advance for any help or
advice.
