- can not remap network drive

Problem with Windows XP Pro workgroup.
One of the user accidently hit disconnect on map drive, and now that
computer can not reconnect to the workgroup. I can ping to the "server" IP,
but can not map the network drive. There is nothing show in the My Network
Place.
Please HELP

what's the error when you try to map?

the error message either
"computer" is not accessable
or
The network path \\computer\share could not be found
