can not remap network drive

can not remap network drive: Posted by vinsfs on March 10th, 2006; Problem with Windows XP Pro workgroup.

One of the user accidently hit disconnect on map drive, and now that
computer can not reconnect to the workgroup. I can ping to the "server" IP,
but can not map the network drive. There is nothing show in the My Network
Place.

Please HELP; Posted by Robert L [MS-MVP] on March 10th, 2006; what's the error when you try to map?
