- Cannot see network printers
- Posted by mickh on November 21st, 2007
I have a problem that has got me pulling my hair out. I have a laptop in
one room that's wirelessly connected via a Dlink DI-634M router. I have
a desktop in the same room as the router, the desktop is connected to 3
printers. Up until last week I had access to all 3 printers from the
laptop, then they all mysteriously disappeared from my network. I have
gone to 'add printers' to try and get them back but they do not
reappear. I can ping the laptop from the desktop but not the desktop
from the laptop. I've tried this with the firewalls turned off but it
makes no difference.
I have now tried everything I know to troubleshoot this but all to no
avail - any help would be enormously appreciated.
Thanks
