- Can't share files
- Posted by Speedy on February 25th, 2006
Hello
At home we have a small network that exist from 4 computers. Although my
files of 1 computer are shared, I got the report that I am not competent. But
I am administrator of that computer?! Can, not filling in the administrator
password (during the installation of Windows XP), be the cause of the
problem? How can I solve it?
I'm sorry for the language.

Hi
The logon admin. password or the lack off, has nothing to do with your
problem.
Successful Sharing involves some general consideration in Network settings,

As well as specific adjustment of each computer according to what is allowed
to be shared.
