After upgrading my machine from ME to XP, I installed a modem and the latest
Juno program. I am able to connect to Juno and receive my emails but when I
then try to connect to the internet, I get a message "Modem in use by
another program". There is NO other program running the modem and the
diagnostics of the modem show no configuration or other problems. I am
stumped as to how to cure this.

Any ideas ???????????? or suggestions??? Thanks
