Any one else have this problem?

I'm attempting to perform a file and settings transfer from a laptop with
Windows XP to another laptop that has Windows XP. Both laptops are connected
via a Windows and Netware network. In fact, I did verify that the older
laptop could see the newer one, it just didn't have access to it.

Both laptops are logged in as administrators.
