How can I tell if I have web filtering on my network and/or internet?

Here's what’s up. I try going to http://webshots.com and type in
"Lighthouse" and then all of the photos show up and I can click on the
results and the page opens but the big photo that is loading it does
not instead I get an "X". If you want to see what I mean just copy and
past the URL into your address bar.
http://francislighthouse.org/block01 . I can viset any other website
with out any problems such as My Space, Yahoo, Photo Bucket and ect.
