- Internet connection dropped...
- Posted by CP on September 26th, 2005
I have a small peer-to-peer (2 PC's) network that I am having an annoying
problem with. If one PC is connected to the Internet and the other PC is
powered on the PC with the Internet connection gets dropped.
Dell Dimensions PC's running Windows XP
Router is a Linksys BRFSR41
Thanks for the help.
FYI: The fix is not to leave the PC's powered on all the time.

Remove ICS; you don't need a software ICS program with a hardware router.
