im putting another user account on my lap top but when i go to the account i
cant connect to the internet. i have seen how to set it up but cant remember
where i saw it.........please help!!!!

You might want to provide some information about your O/S, hardware etc.?
If internet access is configured on the laptop, then it should work for any
user on that machine.

If you are using Windows 2000, XP (both flavors) or W2K3 Server then:
Start >> Control Panel >> Network Connections >> Create New Connection and
follow the wizard.
You would think that the connection would be globally available to all
profiles but for some reason it is not. When i have had to set up the
connection after adding a profile there is usually an ICW shortcut on the
desktop.
this may not be the problem. You may not be getting an IP address or a
firewall may be blocking your connection etc..etc.. So, if this doen not
correct your problem please post more extenive information; like your OS,
whether or not TCP/IP is installed, if you are getting an IP address etc..
etc.. I hope this helps.
