I'm not sure if I have the right newsgroup or not. I have a user who when she
clicks on her IE icon from the Start menu gets the Internet Properties dialog
box instead of IE browser. She can access Web pages by using the start/run
dialog box. Does anyone know what causes this and/or how to fix it? (I have a
similar posting in SBS 2003.)
