- Make network folders available Offline
- Posted by ibeetb on February 7th, 2006
Please HELP! I am aware that you can make a network folder availble offline
to your PC locally when you disconnect from the network but I have a reverse
problem.
I have a folder on my PC that I want other users on the network to be able
to read from. This folder is stored locally on my network. How can I
accomplish this? Thank you

Hi, What version of windows are you running?
Usually you can right click on the folder in question from a windows
explorer window and choose the sharing option, then select the radio
button that says "share this folder as" and give it a share name.
Your fellow network users can then access the share by navigating to it
through network neighborhood or by mappig a network drive.
