Is there a limit on the size of a signature file that you add to a message in
outlook express. I've seen some pretty elaborate signature blocks at the end
of an email but any attempt to add anything more than my name results in a
error message saying the file is to large to add as a signature.

Hi,
There is a limitation for a signature file added to Outlook Express. You can
read some detailes and workarounds in the article below:

Multiposted. You already got an answer to this in the other newsgroup to
which you posted. Signatures should be no more than 4 lines. It is
frankly stupid and inconsiderate to do more. All those flashing smiley
faces and long quotations from the Bible (for ex.) are irritating. If
you send this sort of thing to friends on dialup it is inconsiderate
because your emails will take them a while to download. If you want to
tell the world how you feel about something, create a website.

No need to carry on like a princess Malke. I only asked cause I was trying to
add a TWO line signature file with NO SMILEY FACES OR BIBLE QUOTES to outlook
express and it kept saying the file was too large. Maybe you should have a
look at the size or your own signature block before you lecture others!!!!!
Oh and sorry for the multipost, we're not all computer geeks with no life.
