Have you created the same username and password on all computers? Or try to enable guest account.

Network errors "computername is not accessible. No permission to access the resources" ... "Not accessible. You may not have permission to use this network resource" ...

The password popup is caused by needing a properly activated account to provide
access. Is the server (computer with the shares) running with Simple File
Sharing enabled or disabled? Is the Guest account activated for network access?
