A couple of things that you may have already tried.
1. turn off all computers and then turn them on starting with the new one.
2. check to make sure that all the computers belong to the same workgroup
name.
3. try pinging the new computer from one of the old computers and vice
versa. Find the IP address of the computers (network connections>select
connection>properties>select support). Then Start>Run>enter into the box
"ping (IP address of other computer) press enter. If a message comes back
that the ping ttimed out then there is a problem with the network.

Charles,
Try and work on your problem using organised procedures. Ensure that all
computers have low level connectivity first.

Then check on Windows Networking (visibility in Network Neighborhood).
