- Offline Files Icon Missing

Hello,
i have lost the Offline files icon (Icon with the two blue arrows) in the
explorer when i make files or folders available offline, so i don't know with
files are made available offline.
How can I restore the Offline Icon View??

By the way do you use any shell extension system like tortoisesvn ?
Possibly the source cause of my/our problem.

I could solve the problem using regsvr32.exe cscui.dll
and a reboot.
I don't use shell extensions
